Abstract

TORRENT is an EU-supported Framework 5 project, which is building a test bed for multi-service residential access networks. With this system, home users will be able to choose, transparently, the most appropriate core transport network and physical access interfaces, in order to meet their QoS expectations for particular ranges and combinations of services.
