Abstract

M-Commerce represents another wave of the e-commerce invasion that is changing the nature of business in the 21st century. The extent of the change is often exaggerated but the concepts and the underlying technologies are still in their infancy [1]. While e-commerce still represents a relatively small percentage of world-wide business it is clear that, under the right conditions, the Personal Computer is an invaluable tool for purchasing goods and services.
